APRJ Development LLC builds and manages AI agents for businesses. Services include chatbot integration, voice AI, document generation, workflow automation, and ongoing agent management. Specific deliverables are defined in each client agreement.
Chatbot integrations require payment before work begins. Managed agent services require a setup fee and monthly retainer. Invoices are due within 14 days. Late payments may result in service suspension.
Custom code and configurations we build for you are yours upon full payment. We retain ownership of our underlying platform, tools, and methodologies. You grant us a license to use your business data solely to operate your agents.
AI agents are tools, not replacements for human judgment. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (conversion rates, revenue, etc.). You are responsible for reviewing and approving agent outputs before use in critical business decisions.
Either party may terminate managed services with 30 days written notice. Setup fees are non-refundable. Upon termination, we provide your data in a standard format and remove it from our systems within 30 days.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This agreement is governed by South Carolina law.
